We have been fortunate to earn the financial support from the European Research Council (StG Prometheus), the Crafoord Foundation, the Swedish Research Council, the European Commission (MSCA), and the European Innovation Council (RADIANT). Much of the hardware and our capacity to do research, education, and broader outreach are thanks to that support.
The group is located at the Division of Chemical Physics, renowned for its steady-state and time-resolved spectroscopy and optical microscopy infrastructure. Specific to the NaS group are CRYO-LUMOS (cryo-optical setup for luminescent nanomaterials, supported by the ERC Starting Grant), air-free gloveboxes for nanochemistry (supported by the Crafoord Foundation), and a circular dichroism (CD)/circularly polarized luminescence (CPL) instrument (supported by the EIC Radiant). Kemicentrum enables access to the nCHREM facility for electron microscopy and X-ray laboratory in CAS for thin-film and powder diffraction. Nanofabrication and additional materials characterization tools are available through NanoLund.Â
MAX IV and ESS are large research infrastructures in our vicinity.
